Isle of Harris
Gin 70cl (ABV 45% Alcohol)
Premium Small-Batch Gin from the village of Tarberthet in the Outer Hebrides. Distilled in a small copper gin still known as 'The Dottach', before being bottled and sealed by hand. A well-defined juniper note with pine needles, immediately followed by the fresh citrus notes of bitter orange, lime and grapefruit. Develops a complex floral note of rose and wallflowers with crushed green herbs, coriander, and gooseberry all underpinned by mixed spice. Sugar Kelp adds to the complexity and richness and gives a dry maritime note.
Batch Classic Dry Gin 43%
Jawbox Small Batch located outside Belfast it features no fewer than eleven fine botanicals. Most of these are ‘steep and boil’ and three use the vapour extraction method to preserve their delicate aroma. It is then triple-distilled on-site in our traditional copper pot stills. Jawbox is distilled in small batches using a time-honoured method - plus a unique combination of botanicals, including local Belfast Black Mountain heather.
Elderflower & Rose Gin - 40% ABV
Quintessentially classic English gin is distilled with carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, rose petals, orange, orris root, and elderflower. The natural elderflower and rose extracts are expertly blended into the gin to give a gentle, floral flavour with a vibrant finish.
A heady scent of rose melts into the subtle sweetness of elderflower, beautifully balanced with the pine notes of juniper.
Dorset Dry Gin - 40% abv
A deliciously smooth small batch gin. Distilled from British wheat spirit and New Forest spring water. It uses 10 botanicals including elderberries, samphire, and handpicked gorse flowers. It has a lively, bright nose with a long, complex, and well-balanced mouthfeel. Perfect for sipping straight over ice.
Scurvy Gin - 57% abv
A navy strength strong Cornish gin with a 57% ABV produced and bottled in North Cornwall. Scurvy grass is an excellent source of vitamin C was given to sailors to help prevent scurvy at sea. Scurvy grass, gin, and the Royal Navy are inseparable in history. Scurvy Gin uses nine botanicals including fresh lemon and lime peel and locally foraged fresh scurvy grass to create a robust, juniper led gin with bold citrus notes, hints of liquorice and peppery heat from the scurvy grass.
Elderflower & Rose Gin - 40% abv
A true juniper-forward gin made on the edge of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh in Ireland. Made using organically produced wheat spirit and infused with botanicals including sweet gale from the family farm, angelica, lemon, liquorice root, coriander, and juniper. The ‘double’ in Boatyard Double Gin refers to the distillation method – where juniper is added at both the start of the process inside the liquid in the still and also at the end of the process after the column.
